St. John is committed to living out Christ’s call to care for others and the world that God made, and to work for justice and peace in all the Earth.  These ministries reach out to those who are hurting within our church community, serve our neighbors in the greater Joliet area, care for God's creation, and equip us to deepen our understanding and widen our welcome to people of all kinds.  We don't do this work alone and often partner with a wide variety of local and global organizations and faith communities who are already doing God's work with their hands.  These teams also function as vibrant and joyful communities of mutual support.  If you would like more information or would like to volunteer with these groups, contact the church office.
