Monarch caterpillars feed exclusively on milkweed plants.  A worker moves a caterpillar larva from a sparse milkweed plant to a dense, healthy milkweed plant.  Many hands make for light work.  The Illinois Butterfly Monitoring Network holds workshops to teach everyday community members how to monitor butterfly habitats.  Find out more!
